If you think that it is almost impossible to cook Caesar sauce yourself at home, you are mistaken. Indeed, you will need some specific ingredients, like anchovies or Worcestershire sauce, but everything is more than real!

- Iceberg lettuce - 200 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Bread - 3-4 slices
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Mustard - 0.5 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 40 ml
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Anchovies - 8 pieces
- Worcestershire sauce - 1.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bread into cubes and fry until golden in olive oil with spices.
Put the egg in boiling water for 2 minutes. Quickly cool it in cold water and break it into a bowl.
Add mustard and lemon juice, and whisk everything with a blender.
Pour in the mixture of both oils and continue to beat. The sauce will thicken and look like mayonnaise.
Finely chop the anchovies. By the way, salted sprat will do.
Add the fish to the sauce and whisk again. After that, add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, whisk for the last time and season the salad.
