The main secret of this mushroom salad is tomato–based dressing. I will tell you in detail how to cook it yourself, so that it would be impossible to resist such a snack. Both guests and household will like it!

- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Wine vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the mushrooms, boil for a couple of minutes and let drain.
Fry the mushrooms with onions for another 5 minutes.
Add chopped garlic and herbs, and mix.
Peel the tomatoes and chop them in a blender along with all the other ingredients for dressing.
Add paprika and Italian herbs, pour the sauce to the mushrooms, mix and let stand for an hour and a half.
