Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the Peking cabbage, dry it and peel it from the upper leaves.
Cut the cabbage into wide strips.
Peel the bell pepper from the seeds and cut into long cubes.
Mix cabbage, bell pepper, lemon juice and salt.
Season with olive oil and sprinkle with pine nuts.
