The combination of potatoes and seafood always looks interesting. At least because we haven't really gotten used to it yet. Sea cocktail is often mixed with rice or fresh vegetables. But who prevents you from trying something new?
Ingredients
- Sea cocktail (canned) – 300 g
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until tender, let cool slightly and cut into cubes.
Chop the herbs and garlic, add a sea cocktail and spices.
Season the salad with olive oil.
