I cook this salad often. I can add pickled onions or replace chicken eggs with quail eggs. Every time it turns out amazingly delicious. Try the basic recipe of this dish, and then adjust it at your discretion.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Prunes (without a bone) – 60 g
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Greenery (any) – 20 g
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop cucumbers, herbs, peeled eggs and onions.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop them slightly.
Rinse the prunes and pour warm water for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, dry the prunes and finely chop.
Mix eggs, cucumbers, onions, herbs, nuts and prunes.
Add salt, mayonnaise and mix.
