- Persimmon - 2 pieces
- Arugula - 140 g
- Feta - 150 g
- Nuts - 1 handful
- Raisins - 1 handful
- Cranberries (dried) – 1 handful
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Hot red pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the persimmon into slices and the feta into cubes.
Put everything on arugula, add nuts, raisins and cranberries.
Mix the salad, pepper and sprinkle with balsamic.
