This salad is good for everything - from the original composition to a bright and spectacular presentation. Mushrooms go well with crab sticks and Peking cabbage. Corn can simply be put on top, or you can decorate with green onions as in the photo.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Crab sticks - 350 g
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Corn - 1 bank
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and cut into cubes.
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, fry in a frying pan and season to taste.
Chop the Peking cabbage and chop the crab sticks.
Lay out layers of Peking cabbage, crab sticks, mushrooms and eggs. Coat the layers with mayonnaise.
With the top layer, carefully put the corn on the mayonnaise.
