Salad &171;Pomegranate bracelet&187; with chicken and processed cheese
I love the combination of tender chicken with melted cheese. And if you make a salad out of them, give it the shape of a ring and decorate with pomegranate seeds, you will get everyone's favorite "Pomegranate bracelet". This option looks even better than with beetroot!
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (boiled) – 250 g
- Processed cheese - 3 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 350 g
- Onion (large) – 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 150 ml
- Garnet (grains) – 2 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the boiled chicken breast and peeled onion into small pieces.
Grate the processed cheese and peeled potatoes.
Peel the garlic, pass it through a press and mix it with melted cheese.
To make a salad in the shape of a ring, put a glass in the center of a wide plate.
Put half of the potatoes, pepper, salt and smear with mayonnaise.
Then lay out layers of chicken, onion and melted cheese. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise again.
Cover everything with potato leftovers, sprinkle with salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise on all sides.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds and carefully remove the glass. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
