Ingredients
For salad:
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Salad mix - 200 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Crackers - 100 g
For refueling:
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 40 ml
- Dijon mustard - 1 art.l.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Sea salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bake, fry or boil the chicken to taste and cut into strips.
Put all the salad ingredients on plates.
Remove a little lemon zest and squeeze out the juice.
Put them in a bowl, add the rest of the dressing ingredients and mix everything thoroughly or whisk.
If desired, add garlic to the dressing. Pour Caesar.
