I really like to cook this salad with olives and olives of different varieties, most importantly – without seeds. In addition to tuna, add roughly chopped avocado and more greens. Then such a snack turns out to be fast, tasty and satisfying at the same time.
Ingredients
- Tuna - 2 banks
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Cheese - 100 g
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Young zucchini (or cucumber) – 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the zucchini or cucumber on a Korean grater, and the cheese on a regular large one.
Randomly slice the avocado, mash the tuna with a fork and chop the greens.
Add the olives, mix all the ingredients and season the salad.
Sprinkle it with olive oil.
