Ingredients
- Squid (boiled) – 300 g
- Octopus (boiled) – 250 g
- Avocado (ripe) – 1 piece
- Bow purple - half
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Sesame - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut the purple onion into thin half rings, rinse, mix with sugar and wine vinegar.
Slice the squid and octopus.
Dry sesame seeds in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.
Mix avocado, pickled onion and seafood.
Add salt, olive oil and mix.
