This salad is a real find in the season of delicious and fragrant pumpkin! Here it is combined with beef and a variety of greens. And the highlight of the dish is honey–mustard dressing, which I will also tell you more about in the recipe.
Ingredients
- Beef - 250 g
- Pumpkin - 200 g
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Chard - 2 handfuls
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Hot red pepper - 1 pinch
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry or bake beef to taste and cut into thin slices.
Slice the pumpkin, sprinkle with spices and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Add the salad mix and chard, put the salad on plates.
Mix oil, honey, mustard and hot pepper for dressing.
