Ingredients
- Shrimp - 200 g
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Lettuce - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Crackers - 100 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Yogurt - 6 tbsp.l.
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the shrimp and fry in olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the chopped salad, cherry halves, crackers, shrimp and grated cheese on plates.
Mix yogurt with crushed garlic and herbs, and season the salad.
