- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the red fish in vegetable oil until tender.
Put on a plate, cut into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Peel and slice potatoes and onions.
Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
Mix potatoes, fish, salad mix and onions.
Add salt, ground pepper, olive oil and mix.
Put the salad on a plate, spread the egg halves beautifully on top.
