This recipe is for lovers of original flavor combinations. The salad of meat, sweet pear and salty cheese really delights! Cranberries are not necessary to add, but it gives the dish an appetizing sourness. Pre-rinse the dry berries.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Pear - 2 pieces
- Gorgonzola Cheese - 150 g
- Walnuts - handful
- Greenery (any) – 200 g
- Cranberries (dried) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it thoroughly and slice it.
Fry the fillets in vegetable oil until tender. Season with salt and pepper before turning it off.
Put the meat on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
Cut the pear into small pieces. Crumble the cheese with your fingers.
Dry the nuts in a frying pan and chop them slightly.
Mix greens, fried fillet, pear, cheese, nuts and cranberries.
Add salt, ground pepper, olive oil and mix.
