Pickled seaweed, which is sold in stores, is already ready for consumption. Add a little onion, juicy carrots, butter and you will get a very tasty salad. From spices, ground coriander or black pepper are best suited.
Ingredients
- Sea cabbage (pickled) – 350 g
- Carrots (juicy) – 1 piece
- Onion - half
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the carrots and peeled onions.
Chop the seaweed with kitchen scissors. If the length suits you, skip this step.
In a small bowl, mix salt, sugar, ground pepper, oil and lemon juice.
Mix the seaweed, carrots and onions.
Pour in the prepared dressing and mix.
The finished salad can be sprinkled with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
