This hearty everyday salad is a full–fledged main course. And how could it be otherwise, if there is at least couscous and beef in it. If desired, serve it cold or warm – both options are good.
Ingredients
- Couscous - 100 g
- Beef - 250 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Steam the couscous according to the instructions.
Finely chop the cilantro, garlic, chili and cherry, add to the couscous and season with lemon juice and olive oil.
Fry the beef until tender, cut into strips and add to the salad.
