- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Sausage - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Capers - 2 tbsp.l.
- Pickled cucumbers - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs, let them cool, peel and cut into cubes.
Cut the sausage and cucumber in the same way.
Finely chop the onion and add the capers to the salad.
Mix sour cream and mayonnaise for olivier dressing.
