- Octopus (pickled) – 200 g
- Champignons - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 twig
- Celery (stems) – 100 g
- Olives - handful
- Arugula - 50 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop cherry tomatoes, celery stalks and champignons.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and fry until tender.
Mix arugula, tomatoes, pickled octopus, fried mushrooms, celery and olives.
Season with salt and pepper, add olive oil and mix.
