- Ham - 200 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Salad mix - 150 g
- Sprouted grains - 2 handfuls
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ham into cubes, fry until browned and sprinkle with your favorite spices.
Cut the onion into feathers, and pepper and tomatoes into pieces to taste.
Arbitrarily chop the lettuce, add the sprouted grains and mix the salad.
