I often cook this salad for the holidays. My guests love him and always greet him with delight. Thanks to champignons and cucumbers, it turns out incredibly juicy, and prunes give it an appetizing aroma. Be sure to try this wonderful dish!
Ingredients
- Chicken (boiled) – 300 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Champignons (pickled) – 150 g
- Prunes (without a bone) – 6 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 60 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken, mushrooms, cucumbers, peeled onions and eggs.
Wash the prunes with boiling water and dry them with a paper towel.
Cut the prunes into small pieces.
Mix everything, add ground pepper, salt and mayonnaise.
