When you want to make a light vegetable salad a little more satisfying, it is not necessary to add meat. It turns out much more useful with squid and shrimp. They should be prepared beforehand, taking into account the features.

Lower the thawed squid carcasses into boiling water, boil for 2 minutes and put them on a plate to cool.

Wash the shrimp with boiling water, peel and sprinkle with 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, lettuce leaves and cooled squid.

Mix everything, add the shrimp, salt, oregano, olive oil and the remaining lemon juice.
