Mushroom fries are a wonderful self-sufficient snack. And they can also be used as a main ingredient in salads. I tell you how to do it, what to combine them with and which gas station is best suited here.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.l .
- Quail eggs - 4 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Sprouted grains - 2 handfuls
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Sprouted mash - 2 handfuls
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
- Yogurt - 100 ml
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the mushrooms and boil them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Beat the chicken egg. Dip the mushrooms first into it, and then into the breadcrumbs.
Fry the mushrooms in plenty of oil and put them on paper towels.
Boil quail eggs and cut into slices.
Grate the carrots on a Korean grater and randomly chop the cherries and greens.
Put all the ingredients on plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
For dressing, mix yogurt with chopped dill, garlic and pepper.
