A very simple and quick dish made from improvised ingredients. Use boiled or canned beans that are left over from cooking other dishes. Such a light but nutritious snack will be very useful during the day.
Ingredients
- Beans (finished) – 200 g
- Arugula - 2 handfuls
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the pepper in the oven in foil for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Chop it coarsely and let it cool down a little.
Randomly chop the parsley, mix all the ingredients and season the salad with olive oil.
