- Crab meat - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs (tempura) – 1 tbsp.l .
- lettuce - 0.5 beam
- Salad mix - 1 handful
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Fish caviar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the crab meat into pieces, dip in beaten egg and tempura, and then fry for just a couple of minutes.
Chop lettuce and salad mix, add cherry halves.
Put crab meat and fish roe on top.
