I love this salad for its simplicity and delicious taste. It is better to fry chicken fillet under a lid or with the addition of water. The main thing is to make the meat as soft as possible. Homemade chicken can be boiled and then browned in a frying pan.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 250 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers (medium) – 3 pieces
- Korean carrots - 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it.
Cut cucumbers and peeled potatoes into small cubes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay out the fillets and fry until tender.
Cut the fried chicken pieces even smaller.
Mix potatoes, cucumbers, chicken and Korean carrots.
Season the salad with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
