I prefer to serve this dish cold, that's why I call it a salad, not a side dish. The main thing is to choose the proportions of ingredients that are ideal for you. And if you cook steamed vegetables, this is a real find for adherents of proper nutrition.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the rice in water or steamed until cooked according to the instructions. Rinse it with cold water so that it cools down faster and does not stick together.

Cut the carrots into small cubes, and disassemble the broccoli and cauliflower into the smallest inflorescences.

Steam the vegetables until soft - about 10-15 minutes, whichever you like best.

Chop the chard and celery, and mix all the ingredients.

For dressing, combine olive oil, lemon juice and spices.
