Ingredients
For Salad:
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Green peas - 200 g
For refueling:
- Sour cream (or lean mayonnaise) – 100 g
- Mustard powder - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 100 ml
- Honey - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the carrots and potatoes until tender, and let cool.
Peel all the vegetables and cut into small cubes. Add the peas.
Thoroughly whisk all the ingredients for the dressing and season the olivier.
