For this salad, I recommend using fresh spinach. If desired, you can supplement or even replace it with chard – this is also good. In addition, you will need beef, radishes and tomatoes, ideally of different varieties.

- Spinach - 120 g
- Beef - 250 g
- Radish - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and dry the spinach, finely chop the tomatoes, and cut the radishes into thin circles.
Fry the beef to your favorite degree of roasting and also cut into slices.
Put the salad on plates and season with olive oil and Dijon mustard.
