This salad turns out to be equally good with crab meat, and even with surimi sticks. Just take pasta from durum wheat varieties so that they do not stick together in the finished dish. In addition, you will need celery and a few more ingredients.
Ingredients
- Pasta - 100 g
- Crab meat - 200 g
- Celery - 2 stems
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Mayonnaise (light) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pasta until tender, rinse and let cool.
Chop the crab meat, finely chop the celery and chop the greens.
Season the salad with light or lean mayonnaise.
