Poke at home turns out to be just as good as what you can order in a restaurant, but at a much cheaper price. The taste of fresh fish and the freshness of vegetables is the main feature of the poke.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 100 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Fig - 70 g
- Water - 140 ml
- Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp.l
- Sugar - 1 h.l.
- Cherry tomatoes - 5 pieces
- Soy sauce - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the rice well, pour it with the necessary amount of water and put it to cook. When the rice is cooked, add vinegar, sugar and salt to taste.
Separate the avocado from the bone and peel, cut into slices. Cut the cucumber into strips, tomatoes in half.
I take lightly salted salmon for poke. Cut the fish into small cubes.
Collect the poke. Put the rice on the bottom of the plate. Lay the fish, cucumber, avocado and tomato on top in layers. Pour over the soy sauce and serve.
