Let's cook an amazing meat salad today. Its main feature is in the frying, which is added together with the oil. Thanks to this trick, the dish turns out to be more juicy and fragrant. If desired, add fresh herbs or a clove of garlic.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 300 g
- Processed cheese - 2 pieces
- Lettuce - 100 g
- Prunes (without a bone) – 4 pieces
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Carrots (average) – 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken fillet and peeled onion.
Grate carrots and cheese on a grater.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop them in a blender.
Wash the prunes and soak them in hot water for 10 minutes.
Drain the water and dry the prunes thoroughly with a paper towel.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and carrot until golden brown.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Mix chicken fillet, cheese, salad leaves, prunes and fried vegetables.
Add ground pepper, salt, nuts and mix.
