This lovely hearty salad with beans and pepper will easily replace the main course. However, you will have to spend time cooking beans, so I advise you to soak it overnight. Or you can use canned, but then drain the liquid and rinse it thoroughly.
Ingredients
- Beans - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 pod
- Cilantro - 0,5 beam
- Dill - 0,5 beam
- Green onion - 0,5 bundles
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Sea salt - 1 pinch
- Ground coriander - 1 pinch
- Ground ginger - 1 pinch
- Garlic - 2 teeth
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the beans until tender so that they are soft enough.
Cut the bell pepper into cubes.
Chop all the herbs, chili pepper and garlic. Mix the ingredients.
For dressing, mix olive and sesame oil, lemon juice and spices. Pour over the salad and mix again.
