Ingredients
- Mussels - 250 g
- Corn - 200 g
- Red beans (canned) – 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 teeth
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Lime - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the frozen mussels until golden brown. Season as desired.
Finely chop the pepper, chili, parsley and garlic.
Add the corn and beans, stir in the salad and sprinkle with lime juice.
