Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the squid into rings and fry in a grill pan on both sides.
Wash the shrimp with boiling water and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut tomatoes, tear salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Mix squid, shrimp, lettuce and tomatoes.
Add salt, olive oil and mix.
Put the finished salad on a plate and sprinkle with crackers.
