Thin and long white mung beans are sprouted mash, so there is nothing mysterious about such an ingredient. You can even germinate it yourself, or buy pickled beans in a jar. Add the dressing and some green onions – and now a great quick salad is ready.
Ingredients
For salad:
- Sprouted mash - 300 g
- Green Onion - 4 pen
- Sesame - 1 tbsp.l .
For refueling:
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ginger - 1 cm
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 3 art.l.
- Coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 pinch
- Wine vinegar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind in a blender or grind and mix all the ingredients for dressing.
Finely chop the green onion and mix with the sprouted mash.
Add sesame seeds and mix salad with dressing.
Let it brew for about an hour in the refrigerator.
