Mushroom cream soup with cream is a great first course option. It is very easy to prepare, has no expensive ingredients and is perfectly absorbed by the body, thanks to its lightness and nutritional value.
Ingredients
- Champignons (fresh) – 800 gr
- Cream (20%) – 3 art.l.
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Butter - 80 gr
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the mushrooms and potatoes, adding bay leaf and spices to taste.
Melt the butter in a saucepan or frying pan. Add finely chopped carrots and onions. Fry until golden brown.
Put the contents of the saucepan in a blender, pour in the cream and whisk until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Also whisk potatoes and mushrooms with a blender.
Mix everything, add 1 cup of potato and mushroom broth.
Serve the finished cream soup on the table, decorating it with mushroom slices and herbs.
