- Pineapple (canned) – 250 g
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Fig (boiled) – 1 glass
- Corn (canned) – 1 bank
- Salt - to taste
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice cucumbers and canned pineapple.
Put the corn in a colander and rinse under running water.
Mix pineapple, cucumbers, corn and boiled rice.
Add salt, lime juice, olive oil and mix. You can add a little parsley or cilantro.
