Beef steaks make excellent salads. They are suitable for a special occasion and will appeal even to sophisticated gourmets. Try to choose pieces of meat of the desired thickness, otherwise it will be difficult to achieve perfect roasting.
Ingredients
- Beef (steak) – 350 g
- Arugula - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 250 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper (coarse grinding) – to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef steak and dry it thoroughly with a paper towel.
Sprinkle the meat with sea salt, ground pepper and leave for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the steak for 3 minutes on both sides over high heat. Adjust the duration of roasting to your liking.
Put the finished steak on a board and slice.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Cut the parmesan into thin slices.
Mix arugula, cherry tomatoes, beef and parmesan.
Add ground pepper, salt, olive oil and mix.
