In summer I often cook fruit salads. They can be served for dessert or just when you want to eat something light. In this recipe, I suggest trying one of the most successful combinations: apples, raspberries, blueberries and cherries.
Ingredients
- Apples (medium) – 2 pieces
- Raspberry - 1 glass
- Blueberries - handful
- Cherry - handful
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Sugar (optional) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash raspberries, blueberries, cherries under running water and put them on a paper towel to dry.
Cut the apples in half, peel the seeds and slice.
Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice so that they do not darken.
Mix cherries, apples, raspberries and blueberries. Add sugar if desired.
