- Shrimp (chilled) – 500 g
- Salad mix - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Olives (without a bone) – half a can
- Basil - 3 twigs
- Lime - 1 piece
- Cashews (dried) – handful
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper (coarse grinding) – to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the shrimp with boiling water, peel and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix salads, basil rinse, shake off the water and tear with your hands.
Cut tomatoes and olives as you like.
Wash lime with boiling water and cut into small slices.
Mix salad mix, basil, shrimp, olives, tomatoes and cashews.
Add salt, olive oil and mix gently.
Put the finished salad on a plate, sprinkle with ground pepper and serve with a slice of lime.
