A hearty and nutritious salad with bacon and smoked chicken will easily replace a full meal. In addition to the usual greens and vegetables, I like to add sprouted sprouts to it, each time different – lentils, chickpeas, radishes.
Ingredients
- Smoked chicken - 300 g
- Bacon - 150 g
- Sprouted grains - 2 handfuls
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Red cabbage - 100 g
- Parmesan - 80 g
- Olive oil - 4 art.l.
- Salad mix - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the bacon for a couple of minutes until browned and finely chop.
Also finely chop the chicken, and cut the cherry into quarters.
Mix everything with salad mix, sprouts and chopped cabbage.
Season the salad with olive oil and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
