My secret recipe when I want to impress! This salad is a concentrated treat for gourmets and especially for lovers of blue cheese. But in fact, there are very few ingredients in it and there are no difficulties.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 400 g
- Pear - 2 pieces
- Salad mix - 50 g
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Walnuts - 50 g
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Cheese Dor Blue - 75 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the peeled pumpkin into small cubes, sprinkle with a spoonful of oil and sprinkle with herbs. Put it in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees.
Peel and slice the pear, put it in a frying pan and cover with sugar. Fry it a little for caramelization.
Put the pear and pumpkin on the salad leaves, and spread the pieces of blue cheese and chopped nuts on top.
For dressing, mix the remaining oil, honey, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and pour over the salad.
