If you follow the diet, you probably really appreciate seafood. They make the lightest, but at the same time hearty and healthy salads. I share one of my favorite options – with small shrimp, mussels and salmon slices.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 250 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Shrimp (cleaned) – 250 g
- Mussels - 250 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 250 g
- Salad mix - 180 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Sesame - 4 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Season the salmon to taste, wrap in foil and send it to the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Fry the shrimp with mussels for a couple of minutes on high heat.
Chop tomatoes and peppers, chop salmon and add salad mix.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the salad and sprinkle with sesame oil.
