You can afford a simple salad even during a diet. Cooking it is incredibly simple. Pour boiling water over the noodles, chop the ingredients and pour in the dressing prepared in advance. For a brighter taste, you can add a little fish sauce.
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 300 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 100 g
- Wood mushrooms (fried) – 50 g
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sesame oil - 1 art.l.
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the funchosa in a saucepan, pour boiling water and cover for 5 minutes.
Flip the noodles into a colander and rinse under running water.
Chop cucumbers and wood mushrooms.
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Mix the funchosa, cucumbers, carrots, sesame seeds and wood mushrooms.
In a separate container, mix rice vinegar, sesame oil, ground ginger and salt.
Pour the dressing into the salad, mix and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
