Ingredients
- Dried mushrooms (white) – 40 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour dried mushrooms with water and leave for at least an hour, or even overnight.
Bring them to a boil, remove the foam and boil for 40-50 minutes over medium heat.
At the very end, add salt to the broth, stir and boil for another minute.
Strain or serve this way, garnishing with herbs to taste.
