All lovers of borscht and bean soups know how long to soak and cook it. But this is easily avoided if you immediately use canned legumes. The only difference is that you need to add beans from the jar much later.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the pork until tender over low heat.

Add sliced potatoes and chopped cabbage to the boiling broth.

Grate the beets and carrots, chop the onion. Fry it all for 5-7 minutes, add the tomato and cook for another 5 minutes under the lid.

Send the roast to the borscht, and after 5 minutes add the beans and spices.

After another 5 minutes, remove the borscht from the heat.
