Is tonight a special night? Then the dishes on the table should be appropriate. A salad of red fish will perfectly emphasize the festive atmosphere. You can use mayonnaise for dressing, but with yogurt it turns out tastier and healthier.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salad mix - 150 g
- Crackers - 100 g
- Walnuts - 2 tbsp.l.
- Yogurt (natural) – 3 art.l.
- Wine vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Ground fennel - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the red fish into thin slices.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Peel the onion from the husk, chop and sprinkle with wine vinegar.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop.
Mix yogurt with nuts and fennel.
Mix fish, tomatoes, onions, crackers and salad mix.
Season with salt and pepper and add the prepared dressing. Gently mix the salad.
