In my family, everyone loves Greek salad, so we cook it often. On holidays I try to use unusual recipes of this popular dish. I will tell you one of them today. Fish can be baked in foil or without it.

Wash the red fish and dry it with paper towels.

Brush the fish with 1 tablespoon of oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Cut cucumbers, cooled fish and peeled onion.

Mix arugula, cucumbers, fish, onions, olives and crumbled feta.

Add salt, oregano, ground pepper, lemon juice and oil.
