- Fig - 100 g
- Salmon - 100 g
- Water - 250 ml
- Peking cabbage - 3 of the sheet
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 h.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the rice to clear water. Pour in the water, pour out the rice and cook for 20 minutes until tender. After that, salt the rice and add apple cider vinegar, mix and cover with a lid.
Cut the fish into cubes, tear the Peking cabbage, cut the lemon into half rings, slice the avocado, and cut the cucumber into strips.
Put rice in a deep dish on the bottom, put a row of fish, cabbage, lemon and cucumber on top. Pour soy sauce over the top and serve until it cools down.
